Infinity Tower II Tenth Floor
Yesterday we went to see our new office at the 10th floor of the Infinity building. This is where we have taken additional space along with our existing office at the 5th floor. The new space looks spanking - kudos to the great effort of our admin and infrastructure support. Like our exisitng office, the new one is also an open office (no pun intended, we still use Microsoft Office on our desktops!) with sprawling workstations flanked by a number of discussion and conference rooms. The open office fosters better communication, as we have learnt with our experience of the current office structure and also reinforces the lack of hierarchy. One side of the floor is all-glass, overlooking the entire span of the Salt Lake Electronic Complex - hope the new ambience encourages a more productive and creative setting.
